The IoT Xtreme Datalogger is a product designed for engineers by engineers, but with the simplicity of operation that delivers results quickly.
The IoT Xtreme Datalogger and its software are designed to simplify data acquisition for the Micron Dual Bond Stress and Temperature (DBST) sensors and generic bore diameter sensors.
Each of the six channels can be individually selected for the DBST or the generic bore diameter sensor through the Micron datalogger application called WinClient. The data acquisition rate is user selectable.
Measurements of bond stress and temperature are expected to be within 1% of their true values.
For long-term data acquisition, the datalogger is expected to acquire data for up to one year when running on battery power.
